The embarassment probably stems from the fact that it had not become public knowledge that they were in fact seperated. Not that it should have been considering that it is a private matter between the married couple. Sienna Miller is not a slut and shame on those who have accused her of being a homewrecker. You all are very sad people who lack common sense and dignity. These are human beings and should be treated as such with the same amount of respect that you would desire.

Sienna Miller is suing two media organizations over the topless photos of her vacationing with new beau Balthazar Getty.
According to London's The Guardian, she claims photo agency Big Pictures and British tabloids News of the World and the Sun violated her privacy by publishing photos and stories about her new romance.
A legal rep for Miller — who previously sued the two papers after they ran shots of her filming a nude scene for a movie — confirmed that he had issued fresh proceedings at the High Court.

The suit comes days after Getty announced he and his wife Rosetta (with whom he has four children) have separated.

In a statement, the actor said "the breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved."
He added that the photos that "have surfaced in print and on the Internet" have "caused myself and my family great embarrassment."
Miller had received some criticism for the fling because Getty was technically still married at the time the story broke.
But a source close to the star told Usmagazine.com: "Sienna is not a homewrecker. It’s been over with [Getty] and his wife for some time."

First of all, Getty CHOSE to be unfaithful to his wife, HE made himself available to Sienna by no doubt telling stories to her that he and his wife separated and that the relationsip is over and he is together with her only for the kids. I do not understand why everyone is coming over to her. If I do not understand it right she is the one who is single at the relationship and the married one is Balthazar. Therefore she is the last person to blame in this relationship considering that she is a healthy, single and young person. Both Getty and Law were married men with four kids who married women who were significantly older than they were and so in love with their wives that they tattooed the women's names on themselves. She began dating each guy not long after their last kids were born. It's a total pattern.

She was in public without any or most of her clothes on, she knows that the papz are after her and the new boyfriend yet they continue their photoshoot without any regard for the feelings of his wife and family.
No one can tell me that they didn't know that the cameras were there! Mr. Getty is a member of one of the richest families in the world which owns properties all over Italy. They could have gone to one of the private family villas where no one would have seen them. But the entire object was to embarrass and humiliate his wife into agreeing to a divorce and they succeeded very well. No woman deserves such treatment.

While I can completely understand people being upset over the possibility that Sienna was having inappropriate relations with a married dude, I don't get why so many people are making SUCH a big deal about her being topless. It's so common to be topless on beaches and - gasp! - in PUBLIC in Europe. Europeans think nothing of it, aren't embarrassed by it and it certainly doesn't mean that a woman is thought of as trashy. It's the same American uptight attitude that cause the big over-reaction to Janet Jackson's boob at the Superbowl that is vilifying someone for doing something that is completely socially acceptable and considered to be decent in the place she was. Go ahead and make an issue about infidelity, etc., but the amount of people who are so shocked and appalled by boobs need to grow up and perhaps leave their sheltered bubble and learn about how things roll in other parts of the world.
